the process:
Consultation:
We will start out with a 30-minute consultation to talk through what extensions can do for you! Which method would be good for your lifestyle and talk through maintenance, budget and home care. As well as color match extensions to your hair.
Install:
This appointment is to install your extensions and create the hair of your dreams!
Move-Up:
Typically 4-6 weeks after your install appointment - we will move your extensions closer to the scalp which allows another 4-6 weeks until we need to see you again!
Re-Install:
At this appointment we will take out your extensions and move them to different strands of hair.

Yes — all new extension guests begin with a consultation. This allows us to color match, discuss goals, choose the best method, and go over pricing and maintenance.
Can I wear my hair up with extensions?
Absolutely! Most extension methods allow for ponytails, braids, and updos while still looking natural.
How do I care for my extensions at home?
We’ll walk you through everything you need to know, including brushing, washing, products, sleeping recommendations, and styling tips to help your extensions last as long as possible.
Can I color my extensions?
We custom color many extension applications to blend seamlessly, but we recommend having all extension coloring done professionally as coloring them does void the warranty.
How often will I need maintenance appointments?
Most guests come in every 6–10 weeks depending on hair growth, lifestyle, and extension type.
Do extensions work for thin or fine hair?
